“Efforts are being intensified to arrest the perpetrators. It was an accident, it was not intentional and that is why it is called an accident. Except they can establish that the boy drove intentionally to kill. It is barbaric and people should desist from such acts. We sympathise with the family of the person that died in the accident.”
