Coach Salisu Yusuf has named goalkeeper Ikechukwu Ezenwa of  Ifeanyi Ubah FC as captain of the home base Super Eagles and Chima Akas of  Enyimba International as the vice captain of the team.

The Super Eagles are set to battle Benin Republic on August 11 in the CHAN qualifiers.
