Daar Communications Plc has reported a loss of N681.9m before tax for the first quarter of 2017 compared to N687.9m loss posted in the same period in 2016.
This was contained in the firm’s filing with the Nigerian Stock Exchange on Tuesday. Its 2017 Q1 revenue stood at N904.6m, as against N794m the previous year.
Daar Communications reported a loss before tax of N3bn for the year in 2016.
The 2016 N3bn loss before taxation represented a worse scenario compared to the loss of N1.48bn posted in 2015.
For the 2016 full-year, revenue stood at N3.73bn compared to N7.09bn recorded the previous year.
